X-Trusion offers an extensive range of high quality, versatile Aluminium Extrusion and Profiles. Our brand of Extrusion has been created with countless designs and purposes in mind, making it perfect for creating illuminated linear borders, edges and boundaries in a number of applications.

Our Pendant series makes it simple to create stunning and interesting decorative designs at ceiling level by suspending or hanging the Aluminium Extrusion vertically and horizontally. The Pendant Extrusion is perfect for creating striking over-head lighting that is both practical and cosmetic.

X-Trusion’s Wall/Surface series can be affixed against ceiling and wall surfaces for design and practicality purposes. Some of our Surface Mount Extrusions include optional extras such as accessories to create illuminated shelving and some can be mounted in corners to soften edges and add a glow to the perimeter of rooms and shapes. Encapsulating LED Tape in Extrusion allows extra protection against the human touch and light moisture when the lighting is installed in view and reach of people.

Our Recessed Extrusion series is perfect for both design and safety purposes as there are no edges to be touched once the Profile has been installed into a surface. It can be mounted into many surfaces such as most ceilings, walls and floors. Most of our Recessed Extrusion can be made into an IP rated Profile, which can be used for external Recessed In-Ground applications in order to highlight external displays and points of interest in both walls and flooring. Outdoor walkways and stairs can be made easily visible, as well as allowing outdoor pools, ponds and water features to be illuminated for both visual effect and safety.

All X-Trusion Profiles can be used as independent lighting sources for practical projects, or to complement lighting designs. The colour of the cover on the Extrusion will help create different effects and can help soften the look of bare PCBs when LED Tape is installed on its own. We offer any length of Extrusion between 0.5M and 3M meaning that custom lengths between these sizes are fully achievable. Aluminium Extrusion allows installation of LED tape in places that it may not be possible without the presence of the Profiles.
